Returns are accepted within 14 days under the following conditions.

• The garment should not be worn.
• Should not be washed or cleaned.
• Should be intact without a single-use.
• Tags should be intact.
• If we had sent the customer a wrong size than requested we will exchange it free of charge.
• If the customer requests the wrong size, the delivery charge will be added.
• We have Provided the Size Guide/chart width length and also collar size for each product.
  
• Please note that our warranty period for all Polos is 1 month from the date of purchase. This covers any manufacturing defects that may arise within that timeframe.
